The adult classes are based around functional strength and are designed to build lean muscle and endurance through relative-based exercises and workouts. The classes strengthen the body using a wide variety of equipment, methods, and modalities to not only take you through and effiecient, effective, and challenging workout, but to teach you how to think outside the traditional gym machines and workouts as well.
